One of my heroes (and he would cringe if he heard someone call him that) is Tony Dungy. If you don't know of him, he was a football player, NFL coach (Superbowl), well regarded by all. Five years ago, one of his seven kids committed suicide at age eighteen. Moments at the very top of elation, and the very depths of sadness.
He is now on a billboard south of Orlando, having done an I AM SECOND video.
